Helpful product information (on a transformer) which was exactly what I required for the job I was doing. I called and spoke to a sales person to ask if the unit would drive low voltage halogen lamps. Very helpfully, although he did know the answer the person I spoke to volunteered to find out for me and promised an e-mail response. Sad to say, this never happened and I had to call the manufacturer myself to find the answer.

As usual, an excellent service. I needed to make a phone call prior to ordering as there could have been several options. The person that I spoke to checked the part number with the manufacturers specification. The order arrived in good time - part now fitted and working well.

Excellent 15mm board (10' x 5') 2 sheets only - the firm did e-mail me to make sure I was prepared to pay the delivery charge which apparently is determined by their carriers - I was kept informed about delivery date and timing. Despite being advised that there would be no one on site to assist with unloading the carrier still turned up with a single crew - fortunately a neighbour was available to assist.

In this case I was purchasing a number of LED lamps. Great service and the best price for that product at the time. The lamps were delivered next day by courier.
