Company ignores their obligations
Dreadful company.
Bought a LG washing machine through Frasers in June 2025. In August it decided to destroy itself whilst washing a mattress cover. When attempting to spin, the drum became unbalanced and hit both sides of the machine and the front, throwing the machine more than a metre from under the work top into the middle of the room. LG determined there was no manufacturing error - even though their appointed engineer determined the machine was a write-off- stating the damage was not covered by the guarantee.
Contacted Frasers, who refused to refund us even though the machine was not fit for purpose and just referred us back to LG.
All attempts to contact Frasers are met by a bland (AI generated?) response telling us to contact LG.
