Helen was amazing

Helen was amazing, I was stood looking at the item I wanted and couldn’t see it!!! She came over and I asked if they sold it and she pointed it out to me. She even took the time to recommend a particular fragrance to me.
Very helpful and pleasant. Thank you Helen 😊

Disappointing experience

I’m not happy with the service I received! I placed an order on £10 Tuesday, nobody even tried to deliver it and they returned it to Boots!
I spoke to someone about it and was told if I placed the order again, then called the Care line, they would do the necessary reduction.
I did as I was advised and rang the careline and was told because the previous call handler hadn’t given me a case number they couldn’t do anything!
Disgusting customer service

disappointed

This was on next day delivery. Driver turned up at 7.50am Saturday and didn’t ring the bell. We have video evidence! So disappointing

Amazing company

We have used this company loads over the past 12 months, because lockdown forced us to start a new hobby of diamond art!! We have sent orders for really random sizes and the last order was for 15 frames. Every one of them have been perfect fit and really compliment the pictures. Another order has just been placed for 5 more!! Wouldn’t use anyone else now!!

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company! Order was placed for a treat for my husband and daughter for their birthday! I received an email saying they’d been unable to deliver on the day first stated, they finally received them 3 days later, which was way too late fir the occasion.
Don’t believe it when you see ‘Next day delivery’ it’s not true!

I am very sorry to hear that you have had this experience. We invest heavily in our shipping and use the UKs highest rated courier - DPD. With every order you receive an estimated delivery slot (usually an hour) and the option to rearrange if this isn't convenient. With your order, DPD tried to deliver but you were out, so they came back the next day and you received your parcel. Our Next Working Day delivery obviously requires you to be in to receive the parcel. However, we have offered you a promo code to make up for the inconvenience and are disappointed that this has still been a 1* experience for you. As a small business, we strive to offer the best possible service and work really hard to give all our customers a positive experience and 1* reviews undo a lot of hard work.

Free gifts not sent

Straighteners are fine but after care is rubbish! I have made phone calls and sent emails regarding the free hairbrush that I was meant to receive but I am being ignored. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
