Poor packaging

The packaging on the lights was inadequate therefore the light we ordered was smashed. Couldn’t risk ordering another as the return was a faff.

Postage problem

Unfortunately, my vegetable plants were out of their pots when they arrived and the cauliflower and cabbage were all mixed up. This happened last year too. Very disappointing

Helped my sciatica and groin strain.

The physio worked on stretching and gave me some good exercises for stretching and strengthening. I had 4 sessions and my sciatica is so much better.

A no show at my appointment

I booked appointment, received a confirmation email and waited in all day without anyone turning up! I had to contact them only to be told something had gone wrong! I had to wait another 5 days before the next available appointment. The only positive was they refunded £25 and the technician was good.
