Best price for the cat food I wanted and speedy delivery

Placed an order for 24 tins of Eden dog food to only receive 4. Tried contacting the company to find out where the other 20 tins were but had no reply after several attempts to contact them. Eventually after almost a week of nothing I get an email to say they have had technical issues and were sending the remaining tins. So finally did manage to get order but won’t be using them again.

The box of goods was delivered promptly and the lady that delivered the goods is always helpful and friendly.

Ordered over a week ago. No dispatch. No parcel. Have tried mailing them. Phoning them. And contacting via Facebook. Nothing
I’m assuming I have lost my money and won’t recieve what I ordered

Everything was great with the company on ordering, however, I still haven’t received this order yet. I have emailed Pets Magnet but had no response and I have also raised it with the courier (Evri) who are going to look into this for me. The delivery is now 5 days late. I would suggest to Pets Magnet to use a different courier service as I won’t purchase from this company again due to the delivery issue.

Still haven’t received my order it’s been 10 days contacted them ask for help on delivery didn’t help , asked again then asked for a refund & I’m getting ignored they have my money so don’t care

Came across PetsMagnet whilst looking for best prices for some Royal Canin light weight dry cat food. Hadn't heard of them before, but their prices were better than my usual go to places by quite a bit, so thought I would give them a try. It was easy to order and delivery was quick. I'll definitely be ordering again and would certainly recommend.

Good item, delivery was ok but Evri are never the best at turning up when they say the first time. Item was not boxed but in an unsealed clear plastic bag. The contents fell on the wet and muddy road when the courier removed it from the van

A reluctant one star.

Sent me the wrong item. I was left to sort out the return of the wrong item and am still waiting confirmation when I am likely to receive the correct one. I ordered a 94cm dog mattress and I received a small whicker den for rats etc. I do not think I will purchase from this company again
