I ordered a wireless gaming headset for my granddaughter’s Christmas through Shopsta which duly arrived and was enjoyed. Unfortunately within a couple of weeks one of the padded earmuffs came adrift and couldn’t be refitted. I contacted the company online explaining the problem, more in hope than anything else, but got an immediate response from Ada apologising for the issue, offering a replacement and asking for a short video showing the faulty goods along with the order number. This we provided and Ada responded again saying a replacement would be sent, apologising again and confirming the address for dispatch. The new phones duly turned up just over a week later much to the delight of one very happy granddaughter. Great customer service and excellent communication. Five stars.

Having completed on the sale of my flat, I can certainly recommend Martyn Gerrard Hampstead. Chris and all his team were helpful, supportive and highly professional throughout the process which proved to be lengthy because of a failed sale first time round - nothing to do with the agent. Communication in general and their feedback from viewers was invaluable. Chris in particular was very proactive in helping bring the transaction to a successful conclusion and keeping me informed. Highly commended.

Superb service from Kenwood in carrying out their damp proofing treatment throughout my two-bed basement flat. At each stage of the process their teams were efficient, helpful and clearly very capable. Restoration in the form of rendering and skimming was particularly impressive leaving an excellent finish - and they cleared up afterwards! Not cheap, but worth the investment. Definitely recommended.

Very happy with the service. Your engineer, John, turned up on time and was very professional, practical, careful (suitably masked) and expertly pinpointed the source of the leak in our system. He explained what he was doing throughout, provided good information on his findings and what needs to be done to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend your service, particularly if John is involved.
