Went in to purchase a tomato knife. The gentleman in the shop was very helpful and courteous.

Parcelforce left a card saying parcel location was Black Bin. We don’t have a black bin. Only a green bin. So looked all over for the parcel. In the end I thought I would look in my neighbours bin and there it was. My parcel in someone’s else’s bin. I’m appalled. Their bin is on their driveway, not mine.

Courier was polite and friendly and delivered on time.

Delivery was on time and the delivery guy was polite, but the box my goods were delivered in was damaged. Luckily the goods inside the box weren’t damaged.
