We got there in the end but it was fiddly, not clear about pricing and protracted; not the most user friendly site but we persevered, as we wanted to book the tickets & go on the tour. Even the guide information concerning the order ID is incorrect. Just not a great site to use
Wasted £50 on a trench coat for my husband which came so full of creases that will not come out. The label states do not iron, so not sure how I am expected to get the creases out without ruining the waterproof element. The buying process wasn't wonderful and delivery was really slow but the coat is not fit for purpose unless you want the tcheap, creased and not fit to wear look. Bitterly disappointed and totally out of pocket. My advice is DO NOT BUY. It feels like a scam and we'll never know if it is waterproof, as claimed, because it is in no fit state to be worn. I am not only disappointed but feel totally ripped off. Appalling.

Overall the claim process was simple and quick but I did feel chastised for trying to help with information and the deadline they set themselves for completion of the claim had to be chased. Overall I think the process was far simpler and faster than I expected, it just needed a few tweaks
Returned an item to our local store in Meols. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent example of professional, efficient, courtesy staff member.

I registered my guarantee but have no idea if it has been received. No email or reply since I registered - the only way I know Teknix has had any contact with me is this Trustpilot request. An acknowledgement of my registration is the least I would have expected. Should I ever need to claim, I have no proof I ever registered the dishwasher; very disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional company.

It appears that the warranty confirmation email system is not functioning properly, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our technicians are working on fixing the system as we speak.
Rest assured, we have been in communication with the warranty service team, and your product warranty has been registered.
Alternatives are dreadful. They do not even come close to the original item. Dates are never good - nothing like the length you would expect if buying yourself. Often items are not in great condition. Repeat missing items - I often wonder if the pickers just don't understand what they are looking for.
I was told I would get a replacement leaf blower as part of my guarantee but whilst they were still selling these leaf blowers on the website, I didn't get mine. When I queried this, I was told they were expecting the stock in at the end of the month (a few weeks away). What I don't understand is how they were in stock if you were buying one but an existing customer had to wait. Also, they were very poor at keeping me informed; that only happened when I raised a question. Unimpressed.

If I could give no stars, I would have. Storm Cieran raging, heavy rain, no ring on the bell, no knock on the door, electrical items left in cardboard box on doorstep. We were obviously in - 2 cars outside, television on and visible from the drive. No attempt to let us know about the parcel. Only knew it had been left when I checked my mobile 3 hours later - that's because I have a life and am not thethered to my mobile 24/7. We found it on the doorstep in the dark and wet- a soggy mass of cardboard. No idea if the items are working - will check later. Appalled at the lack of respect and common sense. No wonder Yodel has such a poor reputation, if this is how customers and their purchases are treated.

Good information; clear and in words I could understand, not financial speak. Plenty of documentation and good email reminders to keep you up-to-date. Setting up the first log on was also straightforward.

When they got here - everything sorted quickly. However they did not arrive within the 8 - 6 slot and did not contact us. We rang to query this and had an appointment for the next day, which was kept.

The delivery drivers are always very polite and helpful. Generally the items substituted are acceptable and items missing or substituted are very small in number. Home deliveries are generally a positive experience with Sainsbury's and the Nectar prices are a great bonus
Certainly a different way of selling books. Will no doubt find it easier if I do it again. Did not like the way it told you on line that the books were not present - making you think they had not received them, when in fact they were still in the process of being checked. The status update should say just that - checking still in progess and NOT the books are not present as this send the wrong information to the sender. I probably would use again but my first experience was not exactly stress free.
The driving experience itself was excellent and the instructors were professional and very encouraging. The onsite catering was great for what was needed. The signing in and out was chaotic - absolutely no organisation, especially as the day progressed. It did not exactly spoil the experience but was really frustrating and annoying - so took the edge off the enjoyment slightly. It should not be too hard to organise it differently, even with the restricted space.
