Having taken advantage of their meal discounts offer I have so far had four deliveries and found all meals tried so far to be tasty and satisfying.Being on my own and also liking to do some of my own cooking I have built up a stock of meals in the freezer for future use.I have therefore paused for a few weeks further orders.

I first started using Sainsbury’s home delivery service at the start of the pandemic.Now that I am on my own and approaching my nineties I find the service invaluable.From the help of the drivers with the doorstep deliveries to their invaluable substitution policy I have nothing but praise for the service given.

I have been a Laithwaites customer for more than 20 years and have always been satisfied by the quality of the product and service given.

My old microwave died on Saturday night.I ordered a replacement on Sunday and it was delivered and working by Tuesday lunchtime

I am 88 and have known of and shopped at Sainsbury’s since I was a child in North London.At the start of the pandemic I started to use their home delivery service.Of course occasionally things go wrong but when that has occurred I have found their Customer Service to be excellent.

Have found Avanti to be excellent whether dealing with them by phone or internet.

The parcel was delivered within the forecast timeframe and the driver as asked by me placed the very heavy parcel in my hall to save me (87 years old) trying to lift it in my house.

Everything happened as planned and communicated.

Order process was easy and delivery as promised.

Have had an annual contract with Baxi for a Baxi boiler including annual service for more than 8 years.During that time apart from service visits we have had a couple of control problems. Baxi vans are well stocked with spares and our issues were responded to promptly and duly fixed.

We have had the stairlift over 2 years now and have it serviced each year. So far we have not needed any call outs due to problems with the stairlift. When we originally ordered it we needed it installed urgently and Handicare pulled all the stops to achieve this.

Order placed late on May 25th. 2021 and stairlift fitted on May 29th. 2021.Engineer who fitted it took the job on to satisfy our request for an urgent installation brought forward from May 31st. 2021.He was very hard working but also very courteous to the needs of my wife during the installation.We have nothing but praise for this company from the visit of their Sales Engineer to the completion of installation and the care taken to ensure we understood and could operate the stairlift safely.

Your delivery staff Dan and S.Ditch were very polite and friendly while delivering, assembling and testing our new electric armchairs.
