Not one to feedback usually, but I ordered the wrong size made to measure plantation blinds (put the height in for the width and width in for the height, eeeeeps) But the customer service I received from Janet and Damon W was quite frankly BRILLIANT. They certainly eased the nausea at the £1500 mistake, and I am now more than happy and satisfied with my new order! Thank you so much folks! Kt

As a perfectionist, there is always the fear when you get 1000 of something printed. Thankfully, Jessica and Ella at printing.com Exeter, have been absolutely brilliant in helping me with 2 lots of postcards. Patientally letting me critique the drafts on their computers, tweaking them to reduce any cropping, and sourcing me an absolute bargain! Seamless, friendly and totally professional.
