Excellent!…
Good choice of recipes and I love that the pots last quite a long time so I'm not forced to cook the meal within a few days, which you have to do with food that's delivered fresh. Excellent customer service too - always very quick to respond and very efficient.

Work done very efficiently
Work done very efficiently. I was surprised to get a text message after the work was done saying I needed to get the wheel nut torque checked - it panicked me a bit (I'm a female pensioner!) but I went to the local Kwik-Fit who checked it all for me.
Wheel trims now back to how they should be!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. NEFF phoned me to make an engineer's appointment. He came only 2 days later and sorted the issue out. I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced (and I'm 72 years old!).

OK in the end....
Everything was fine in the end but time wasted between the garage and insurance company on what info. was needed to progress the claim. I had to get involved to get it sorted out.
