The aftershave arrived in a smart but…

The aftershave arrived in a smart but damp box, the bag containing the bottle too was stained with white damp as if the whole lot had been stored for a long time!!!!uckily i was able to remove the marks but it made me wary of using this company again!!

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with LloydsDirect. I'm sorry that your medication took longer than expected to arrive.

Please note we always advise patients to request their medication 7-10 days prior to running out so that we can get this to you in good time. This allows enough time for us to request your medication and for them to send us through your prescription (which can take up to 4 working days). We then need to process your order and get this delivered to you. We hope this helps clarify our timescales!

If your medication does take longer than expected though, please reach out to us on help@lloydsdirect.co.uk and we can look into this for you.
