I've been with ese solar for many years now and have found them to be reliable. A bit frustrating that you can't actually talk to somebody - but the app and on-line resources are adequate. I did get a call back on service by Angela and she extremely helpful and polite! A great ambassador!

Your representative was excellent. The issue is the complexity of getting an answer to what must be a fairly common question these days. Finding a suitable tariff should not be this difficult!

Rear bumper damage (cracked bumper). Repair was reasonably quoted and arranged. The work was excellent! Absolutely no sign of previous damage. Incredible value - highly recommend. BTW the car is a maserati and no other detailer would touch it! A replacement bumper would have been 10 times the repair costs. Very happy.

Peace of mind and an interesting record of my little fella's roamings. Accurate and a very intuitive app. One small suggestion would be a pouch to put the unit in rather than it's current attachment (this doesn't give much cause for confidence).

Awesome quality and value. But equally importantly, they value me as a customer. Not too impressed, as a Liverpool fan, about the H Kane connection. But I suppose this shows how great they are - because I forgive them.

Okay, so two old phones to sell. Quotes given and phones sent off. Then I couldn't access my on-line account to see messages sent to me. Unable to reset the password. So, I called. Twice. Average 25 minutes on hold. Spoke to someone who couldn't sort the issue. And sent me a reset link that didn't work. In exasperation I asked that they just return the phones. One is apparently on its way - but the other has now been sold - against my instruction. In a competitive market I made a really poor choice in using envirofone. Simply incompetent and useless.

All fitted on schedule - and to an extremely high standard. The process is convoluted, to say the least....

First, sales visit and initial survey. I understand that. But then ANOTHER visit by a 'surveyor' who then requotes everything (price went up!). Finally the fitter arrives and in our case had to rework quite a bit of the job due to the poor quality of survey by the 'surveyor'. However, finished on time and, as stated to a very high standard! Just seems more complicated than is really necessary.

I was always annoyed at being ripped off by international blade manufacturers and readily embraced the opportunity to support a new business. I have tried several of these startups and Harry's is the best by a long shot - not only in the quality of it's products - but equally importantly in it's customer service standards. Don't get ripped off - get Harry's!

Fast, efficient, no bull. Bye bye car. Buy buy new car! Simple.

I went to Stena Line to book a trip home. Obviously they would give the best deal, no middle man!
