Very helpful on the telephone, easy to order and prompt delivery. Installation information good for the experienced but might need looking at for the novice. Well packed and undamaged on arrival which is always great.

Again very good plants, and well packed; sadly one of the tomatoes had lost its head in transit. Again delivery abandoned at any house up the country lane without them knowing!

Prompt delivery and good quality product.....however delivery courier ignorant and drove over lawn although the turning area is totally adequate.

Still considering whether to cancel order. No confirmation of change of order and then an email to say that dispatch will be a month later than advertised. I know plants are plants but that is so late for plants ordered and to establish them for the autumn.

The parcel had THIS WAY UP in bold red lettering but this was ignored. Thankfully no battery acid was spilt.

I have just put in my new taps, they are brilliant; i ot seduced by the spitral frame and the pull out option, it looks good and it works. Both the plumber and the granite fitters were impressed by the quality and the price, they all suggested that they were £400 t0 £500 taps, I hd to show them the webste!
