Mounjaro - appalling service

Appalling service, I’ve been using them for about 15 months, they were once very good but the service fell off a cliff about 4 months ago. They promise you a link to order your medication after the consultation but the link doesn’t arrive. Trying to contact someone to sort the issue out is such a hassle.

The most appalling level of service

The most appalling level of service. I tried to transfer £270k in cash from a stocks & shares ISA to a building society that offers a flexible ISA as a deposit on a property. Unfortunately Interactive Investor incorrectly filled out the cheque and it was returned on 31st March, as of 15th April the cheque hasn’t been found, I’m told their post room is extremely busy as it’s the start of a new tax year. Trying to get anyone to deal with the issue or even speak to someone who can deal with it is pretty much impossible.

Dreadful service if something goes wrong

Bought a return ticket for the wrong date by mistake and had to purchase another one at Paddington, was told to get a refund from Trainline.
Rang their helpline, which is India. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if they understood you. What should have been a 5 minutes phone call turned into 50 minutes. I was promised a refund for both journeys and provided evidence of my new tickets.
A refund for only one sector was given and not the service charge.
Dreadful ripoff and service!

Not the best experience

Items took 2 weeks to arrive, I’m told this was due to holidays in Naples, they should let you know. The package of food arrived out of temperature and the contents warm. The fresh tomatoes were packaged in a tight plastic bag causing theme to split, they were plant stems in the package too and they didn’t smell good and had to be thrown away. I eventually received a refund for these items. The Parmesan cheese and buffalo mozzarella were fine.
