Company stated its UK Based yet parts arrived from china packaging was a grey thin plastic bag no packing fixing tape never seen nothing like it the only UK side of this company is some person giving you a load of rubbish for support

Neodrive is a pure SCAM. They impersonate legitimate companies to obtain personal details, then fail to deliver the item you paid for.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Purchased an item from a "UK supplier" who offered a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked, item shipped from China and once received had missing parts and of very poor quality. On requesting a refund I was asked to return the item to a USA address at my expense in an unused and as originally packaged condition. I initiated a credit card chargeback when they immediately bombarded me with abuse and threatening emails stating that I would have £400 debited from my account because I was dishonest.
DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO DRIVE UK, SP NEOVA UK or NEODRIVE AS YOU WILL RECEIVE CHEAP CHINESE CR@P AND UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS POLICIES. DONT SAY YOU HAVENT BEEN WARNED PEOPLE.

Just received product from this company. Took forever to arrive and is nothing like the advertised product. extremely poor suction and the attachemts do not fix to the handset, they just fall off when you try to use it. It arrived unboxed and has no user insructions.
Beware this company, they are scammers.

Car vacuum would not switch on. Return/replacement requested. Same issue with the replacement.
Unexpectedly the switch then worked, but no instructions on charging. Also some attachments were loose when fitted and one did not fit at all.
Three requests to customer services ignored.
This would appear to be a scam company - best ignored

Rubbish unbranded product. Took weeks to arrive. Cheap and nasty. Attachments don't fit. No manual. On/off switch erratic. Suction very poor.
Consigned to dustbin and lesson learned.

My tyre inflator was delivered to the wrong house, I have complained endlessly to Evri, the delivery company, to no avail!! The evidence is there, there is a picture where it was delivered, not my house!!. Can you help, it cost me £30 which I cannot afford to lose.Susan Kaye

Ordered product, said would be delivered by Royal Mail, came by Evri from a company called YMT?? delivery driver left it outside front door(cant blame supplier for that) package got stolen. Asked for my money back, so instead was sent the order again, had already bought another product by this time as a month had gone by. Returning is a nightmare and you have to send it the Switzerland at your cost and then for some inexplicable reason apparently gets sent back

I received goods that were faulty and not fit for purpose. I contacted the seller promptly and provided evidence of the faults.

Instead of dealing with this as a faulty-goods issue, the seller insisted I follow their standard returns process and accept extensive conditions that severely limited my ability to obtain a refund. These included requirements that the product must not have been tested or used, and that the original packaging must be in perfect condition, even though the faults could only be identified through normal use and by opening the packaging.

They also required the faulty item to be returned at my expense to Switzerland, with strict deadlines and the risk that no refund would be issued if any condition was not met.

As a result, I raised a chargeback with my credit card provider, which was resolved in my favour.

After this, I received further emails from the seller threatening legal action, criminal allegations, and large penalty fees if I did not withdraw the dispute.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

My first order albeit not the companies fault arrived drenched and swimming in water. The package contained a vacuum and a window cleaning tool.
I sent a video to the company who in fairness were really quick to respond and send out a replacement order.
Nearly 2 weeks later only half of my order arrived. I emailed the company who again, were quick to respond. But this time telling me that both items had been packaged and sent from their end.
Absolute rubbish.
I emailed back to tell them they had indirectly called me a liar which I found unacceptable. Guess what … no reply!
As everyone else has said the vacuum is inferior. It’s not what you see them using in their advert. Avoid like mad! Do not order from Neodrive.

I would give it minus one, said 7day delivery took over a month by that time we had purchased another one and claimed money back off credit card, we are now in dispute and they are threatening us with legal action and debiting our account with £400 if we don't drop dispute, we have now but are still worried about any repercussions!! Avoid this company it's not trustworthy and will try and get money any way it can and send inferior, late items.Please avoid!!!

Do NOT purchase from this company. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying a very poor quality car vacuum cleaner. Initially it took forever to arrive, it is very flimsy and has only one speed which is useless. I originally purchased after seeing they offer a 30day money back guarantee. However, the long lengthy process to actually get said refund is ridiculous. I'm sure a lot of customers don't bother to return items as the return costs probably outweigh the price of the product. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

Goods arrived today .They are of a very poor quality and not as described in their advertising .Will not be buying from them again .Live and Learn.

Do not use.
They'll send you an inferior product, and not as described, then they will make getting a refund so difficult you'll give up

Rubbish product, a car vacuum cleaner, took 10 days to arrive and they make it very difficult to return. It’s just a scam

Send you fake products that dont work like ones ordered. Then when try and return whole list of reasons you cant get refund. Then when go through payment dispute they send you threatening emails.

The product didn't arrive, will not refund. Reported also to UK trading Standards and fraud prevention, but they are based in Switzerland.

Got ripped off by a Scam so called British company , this is a middle man e.mail site that takes your money in my case £35, for what's is advertised as a top quality item at half price, what turned up was a very cheap car vacuum probably not worth £5, it has hardly any suction and no blow facility as advertised, attachments that don't fit, and arrived in a cheap zip bag , there is nothing to say what make it is and I don't think it's safe to charge as it will probably catch fire, I did contact this site about a refund, they then make it very difficult by giving you an address in Switzerland to return it to and to pay for tracking, going to be robbed again, so I went to the bank and got a refund, since then I've had e.mails asking me to stop the refund procedure or legal action will be taken at a cost of £650 to me , then they threatened to take £400 out of my bank within 3days , now they're threatening court action, just like to say again this is a SCAM site you're best avoiding

I ordered one of the cordless car vacs after seeing an ad on Facebook or Threads app to find it is coming from Yanwen in CHINA, yet the company say they are UK based.
So I email them to cancel it and get told they can’t cancel it.
So I emailed them …

Another Facebook scam ad as this is coming from china of all places.
You don’t tell people that on the ad do you.
Last thing that was tracked using 17track said it was delivered yet it never actually arrived and they wouldn’t tell me who was supposed to have delivered it or to where, luckily I got my
Money back as my card did a chargeback so no doubt this will be the same.
Where do you get the pics of all your non Chinese people from?
