The phone call was unexpected but welcome. The wrong time but we arranged a call back. The offer I was given was acceptable and agreed upon. No problems, all went as planned, very happy with the outcome and no complaints, couldn't have been easier.

Contacted customer services regarding warranty claim which was very quickly resolved and couldn't ask for better customer aftercare service.

Absolutely no problems, I ordered late one night and went for the Royal Mail as it was cheapest, I was notified the next day that the order had been sent to despatch and the package was delivered the next day, brilliant you couldn't ask for anything better.
