Good app for designing and posting greeting cards but the cards and gifts can be expensive.

Great app for planning and recording routes. I use it regularly as a walk leader to find new routes, plot them using the app and then record the walk, and then convert the activity into a route that I can follow when I am leading other walkers. The only problem was that it sometimes does not record the activity properly.

Trading 212 took too long to transfer my ISA from Vanguard. Consequently, they had to pay £200 compensation for the distress and inconvenience, and also refund the loss of interest.

Good insurance cover at a reasonable price. The real test will be on how easy it is to make a claim, if needed.

Tembo have taken for ever (over 3 months) to do a partial transfer out to another bank. Communication is very slow and poor. I have now stopped receiving daily interest on my savings during this transfer process for nearly a month. The only reason to give it a second star is because it has the highest interest rate for a cash ISA without any penalties for withdrawals.

I was happy to pay extra for the convenience of being able design and get cards delivered from the comfort of my armchair, but this time the card was not delivered, which is not acceptable. Moonpig do not have a customer telephone support service, and the chat service is very slow. After a second complaint, I managed to get a refund and a very small gesture of £5 credit towards the next order, but I don’t know if I will use that credit and rely on Moonpig to send a card out to my loved ones.

Good range of cards of different sizes, which you can personalise to your requirements with photos, texts, stickers and lots more. It is very easy and convenient to design and arrange delivery of your chosen card. It costs a bit more than a card from the shops but worth it for the special occasions.

I used to love Chase because of the high cashback on all purchases and also interest earned on balances in the current account. Now the cashback is only available on a limited range of purchases, requiring a minimum funding of £1500 each month. The interest rate on the current account is zero! The interest rate on the savings account is at best mediocre. I have now stopped using Chase for purchases and savings, but stopped short of closing my account altogether.

Best price for my Samsung smartwatch, beating the Amazon price by £50! I went for normal delivery but it arrived next day. Brilliant!

Moonpig cannot guarantee delivering the birthday card in time for the birthday, despite ordering the card more than a week before the required date.

Select & Protect has a good travel insurance policy for our needs at the most competitive price. I did not need to make a claim, so I cannot comment on how they would perform in the event of a claim.

Staples had the best online price for my ink cartridges. Delivery was free and speedy

I am usually happy with B&S world but when the windscreen washer wasn’t working properly, I was told that I needed a new jet costing £70. I then went to Steven Eagell Toyota, who adjusted the jet free of charge. Why was I told by B&S world to buy a new jet for £70 instead of just doing a simple adjustment???

I ordered 1000 copies of an A5 flyer from Bizay which came up as the cheapest of all the other printers, but when I went to complete the order, the cost of the order doubled once the delivery and VAT charges were applied at checkout. I wish they were more transparent about the final price before checkout. The flyers arrived punctually and I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

Unreliable cashback. Can take a long time for the cashback. Some companies charge more for their products if you have arrived from Topcashback. You might as well go direct, and get the cheaper price instantly.

A good price for a defaqto 5* rated company, and included gadget cover as standard. I will only know if it is a good company, if I have to make a claim, and then see what the service is really like in a time of need.

Too many hoops to go through to get cashback. You have to go through your bank security system to buy a gift card which is very time consuming. Now I have my first cashback, I will stop using jam doughnut, but still qualify for cashback on all purchases through my Chase cashback constant, which is so much easier to use and gives instant cashback.

My first impressions of Hargreaves Lansdown are positive. I can’t give 5* because I have not been them for long. I like the incentive of an extra £100 for investing £10,000, and I look forward to receiving this in due course. I am impressed by the wide range of instant access and fixed term savings account available through HL. I managed to secure a 6 month fixed rate savings account earning over 5% with Sainsbury's bank which is not even available directly with Sainsbury’s bank.
