Worst sirloins I have ever tasted, like rubber and totally tasteless. Should have known by the price.

Just received there copy of Baccarat Rouge 540, the real one sells at £350 a bottle and yes I've bought it a few times. This smells absolutely nothing like it, this smells like a really cheap £10 aftershave and
nothing more, the 3 free 5ml samples they send with it are just as dreadful. Seriously do not buy this absolute rubbish unless you want a ride in a nursing home.

Never buy from this company, the items are sent from China and are downright dangerous, we bought a hand held steam cleaner and on first use a burning smell was coming from the motor immediately followed by smoke, I have now contacted them 7 times and being totally ignored. £59 down the drain. I will be doing everything I can to put these clowns out of business. Solicitors are already looking into this.

What a shame I can't leave 0 stars, worst company I have ever bought from. Have told me lies from the day I ordered a very expensive pair of sunglasses at £155. Ordered on 14th April and they still haven't left Holland. I emailed about it and one of their customer service people basically called me a liar and said they had been delivered to me, so I asked for proof from Parcelforce who told me they hadn't even reached their system in the UK yet. I am now £155 out and have no option but to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

1 star is too much for these people. Recently bought new plates and to say they are a disgrace is an understatement, there are blemishes and scores all over both plates, there is also a blue line/shadow at the edges of the letters and numbers. I paid £60 and these should have been perfect. I have now emailed them 4 times and sent all photos they asked for and I am being told they won't do anything about it so it's now in the hands of my solicitor and trading standards.

Ordered and paid for on 28th December and still not here. I have emailed them 6 times and been totally ignored.
They claim they are a UK company yet they show tracking from Germany where my order still shows as being !!!
I have now started a refund process with my credit card company.
Avoid this company as it appears they are telling lies and putting out ridiculous claims.

Only company selling overpriced clothing that is made in China and then don't offer any kind of finance.
Only company that never reduce prices in a sale.
Will be sticking with other quality outdoor clothing brands.

Do not buy anything from this company, they are NOT based in UK like they claim, they are yet another Chinese scammer that send out rubbish clothing and then tell you they can only offer 30% discount and you can give the trousers to someone you know. I returned my order by tracked signed for postage to the return address on their website which is a PO Box in England, basically a lock up. They received the items back on 2nd Sept and someone signed for it and Royal Mail sent me photo evidence of it being handed over. They ignored all my emails about my refund and I was left with no option but to contact Trading standards who are investigating them.
It took PayPal until yesterday to return my money 🤬

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. Lies lies and more lies about the items you buy that never turn up. Trustpilot have even stepped in as they were caught bribing people to put up good reviews. I am down £46 on a jacket that they didn't send. It's now in the hands of my solicitors. By the way the address (2 of them in Northern Ireland) are fake as I have driven to both units to confront them.

Ordered a xl overshirt and it wouldn't fit a medium person as ridiculous sizing, so I returned it and this is the main issue as I paid with Klarna over 4 payments of £19.99. I had only paid one payment before return and today they only refunded my £13 as they deducted a £6.99 admin fee 🤬. Never in my life have a company charged an admin fee to return an item, add to that it cost me £9 to return as they demanded it was sent back via signed for Royal Mail.
I would advise anyone to avoid these people.

Bought 3 packs of candles and got reply to say order was received and then absolutely nothing after that. Sent them 5 emails asking where my order was and no reply whatsoever, I have now had to get my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company.

Unbelievable how bad they are, they were clearly told to leave with a neighbour as no one would be home, even left a A3 note in block letters telling them but still the idiot didn't bother. Absolutely sick of these people as their website to rebook simply doesn't work and no way of speaking to anyone on a phone. Total shambles.

Avoid these people like a plague, order placed on 21st June and it hasn't even left China yet (4th July) Tracking is only available in Chinese which is ridiculous. I have emailed them 3 times and got a really cheeky reply each time. Their customer service is pathetic.

From arriving at front desk and onto service reception and being greeted by the lovely Megan I have nothing but good things to say. Treated the way customers should be and looked after with proper coffee 🫠 The work on my car was carried out in the time specified. I will be changing my car next yr and will be giving you a call to see what is available.

I honestly don't get the hype with this at all, only good points are that it lathers up and yes it cleans you but thats it, absolutely no after smell or lingering whatsoever so I don't understand why people say that.
The slogan 'Smell like an Irishman' is about right, a potato picking turf cutting Irishman perhaps. I have used a lot better quality soaps that are naturally made and have long lasting after smell that make me feel properly clean.

Waiting 6 weeks on a report done on my Cardiac MRI is totally unacceptable. They have been told how important it is that my cardiologist sees it so he can make a decision on what procedure I will need but no one seems to care that it is urgent.
I have sent 4 emails 10 days ago and not a single reply.
I would advise anyone going private to avoid this place.
I will now await their prepared reply they send to everyone on here.

The bottle stopped working after first use on first day. The oils are absolutely atrocious, they certainly do not clean, the smell is just ok but lasts for no more than 5 mins after using them. Basically seriously overpriced 'essential oils' which don't work whatsoever.
