Have purchased many items before without any issue based on the quality... HOWEVER.... was emailed the 2 for 42 offer on polo's etc.... Picked 2 polo's for the £42 as advertised and also a hoody top.
Paid extra for next day delivery to be informed pretty quickly that one of my items was cancelled(I assumed out of stock on my size.. Extra large).
Contacted to ask why was cancelled and could I have an alternate. Pretty much told No and that my order shouldn't have been cancelled and I could have a 10% discount and free delivery (which kind of defeats the purpose of 2 for 42).
Then was told I could reorder my cancelled item at FULL price but free delivery....was informed that was the best they could do.
Basically they cancelled a confirmed/paid for order because it suited them.... In my eyes false advertising. (this also happened to my wife previously)
Shame..... Great quality British items let down by incredibly bad customer service and sales practice.

Was still available after cancelled order!!!

Great service and a fair price paid for my Samsung s8.....far better than any competitors.

Initially very sceptical about the site....ordered an AU(australian) Sonos beam so knew what I was getting...no different to uk version bar plugs(was supplied with adaptors). VERY slow on initial response to order... took a couple of emails to be told there was a delay due to stock
This made me a little edgy so emailed to cancel via PayPal and low and behold item was delivered within a week(about 3 weeks in total from order to delivery).
So yes I saved money... product as described....great stuff!

Excellent quality shed...have previously had cheaper sheds from other companies which were very flimsy in comparison. The only thing I wouldn't do again is order the slate effect felt....it took an age to put in....looks good though.
Prompt delivery and kept well informed.

We needed a a shed to store boxes in that would fit down the side of the house and this shed fitted the bill.
Very prompt delivery with the shed contained within a box. My initial thoughts were that it looked immensely flimsy but once constructed has prooved to be sturdy enough but also light enough to move about.
Pay careful attention to instructions and you'll be fine(illustrations aren't great).

Have now purchased a shed and a playhouse from garden buildings direct. Both times kept informed of progress and delivered on time. Value for money, great customer service,great product.
