Shocking customer service
The brsk Internet is cheaper , never had a problem with connection , but when is comes to contacting them , several emails and calls to no avail it's disgusting

Never had a problem with JD until my last purchase , missing items , the process of retrieving the refund or just the missing item as been long , since the forms had been returned no communication ,no sign of the item or refund
