It took a little while to set up the account, made more complicated by the fact I am in Greece and was arranging for a parcel to be picked up in the UK and sent to me, but once I had got through that, the service was amazing. The parcel was picked up at 2pm on a Wednesday in the UK and it arrived 2pm on Monday in Greece. The cost, while not super cheap, was reasonable considering I needed the documents sent to me urgently and they delivered exactly on schedule.

Excellent website, easy to use with great products, but let down by the courier who took weeks to deliver and claimed to have lost my parcel even though the driver’s name and no was given who was supposed to have it. Of course no reply when I called him, but the parcel magically appeared the day after I chased them up.

I have used Wooden Blinds Direct twice now and each time the service has been a joy, from the simplicity of the ordering process online to the spot-on delivery times and ultimately the quality of the product. I wish every company was this efficient!
