9 days since I ordered and still saying…

9 days since I ordered and still saying royal mail is awaiting items from hobo jack. Ridiculous communication, still no idea when anything is coming. I'm aware royal mail have had strikes but this is one day our of the 9 since I ordered so not really believing this is down to royal mail.

Oh and of course got this request to review even before my order has arrived.. Joke

Brilliant easy to use website

Brilliant easy to use website, postage price fantastic !! Product arrived safely and quickly, quality is great so we are returning customers for back packs. Going to try clothing next !

forged signature of person who i sent my parcel to.not happy at all.

Sent a parcel with my Hermes . They claim to have delivered it but they have not and sent me a false copy of customer signature. Lady is extremely upset as this is fraud and will be contacting police if this matter isn't rectified quickly. So far they have been no help at all and we are both waiting for replies. Very bad customer service. I have heard alot of negative feedback from friends about this company since talking about my experience and they have been in this situation before or had items left in random places although requiring a signature. I will not be letting this drop untill I get compensation not only because of the appalling service bug because ive had to fork out a refund to the lady because of my Hermes ! Avoid!!!

Disgusting service from start.. Sofa delivered in a complete mess with barely any packaging! Scuffs and rips to bottom of sofa so sent it back. Told us it would be reviewed within 24 hours and now 5 days have gone past and still no word. Beyond sick! I have an 8 week old baby I'm having to breastfeed in bed while my 19 month old sits with me due to having no sofa as our previous one was sold in time for new one arriving! I have sent a report to watchdog and will be contacting trading standards and newspapers if they don't give me a time for a replacement sofa. No where to leave a review on their website just goes to show they don't want bad reviews on there. Complete circus and will be telling anyone who will listen about what a disgusting company this is!!
