Beware - check every single detail on terms and conditions

The claims took ages to be processed
My dog died 31March but they still want a monthly payment until end of July even though he’s dead!!! that is when the policy runs out. No compassion absolutely shocking - paying for a service for my deceased dog. They emailed me more or less a couple of days after he died asking for the balance. We were heartbroken to have lost him and then this bombshell.
Also check the terms and conditions very carefully - he wasn’t covered for death benefits as he was over nine. I will pay when I receive a proper invoice. 😡😠

Would recommend

We ordered LFT tests for our holiday, they came very quickly and the cost was very competitive. Mid holiday the rules changed and we had to then change to PCR day 2 tests. Once again they were delivered very quickly. I emailed and a very helpful staff member advised me to return the LFT tests as we no longer needed them and they were untouched. The correspondence has been top class and we now have our refund.

The phone was answered almost…so knowledgeable and helpful

The phone was answered almost immediately by Lynn. I was enquiring about a cruise to Croatia. She was so knowledgable and helpful and nothing was a problem for her. As usual there were no flights from Scotland, she checked the best deals for us in the end we thought we would go from Manchester. There was no pushiness to do add ons and that was great because we decided to upgrade our cabin. Thank you Lynn - great service
