Sean’s intro call was really helpful. I got to ask the questions I had and get the answers I needed really quickly- very efficient, thank you!

Firstly, the guy on the phone was quick to pick up, funny, chilled out and efficient. Secondly, my payment email receipt turned up immediately, giving me comfort everything was legit. Thirdly, the tyre fitter turned up within the stated timeframe, was friendly and fixed the tyre really quickly. The perfect transaction compared to virtually any other business transaction I’ve experienced this year!

We ordered the mattress on a weekday afternoon, it arrived next morning before 11. Mattress (silentnight Rio kingsize) is perfect, and we have had to return two much more expensive mattresses in the past year (from other shops!) so finally getting the right one is such a relief. The Rio is definitely on the firmer side of medium, which is exactly what we wanted. Also not too deep as getting sheets to fit deep mattresses has been very restrictive in terms of choice of sheets available in the past.

Cannot fault service, I wouldn't hesitate to order again, and highly recommend the slick, quick service.
