Great customer service - again.

Just had great customer service from Drayton Wiser support. When I installed the HubR gen2 upgrade they talked me through it, and today I needed help with reconnecting to a new router, no problem. All good and easy to contact on the phone. Been with Wiser over 4 years, highly recommended.

Easy to set up, just wouldn't take my money!

Easy to set up the app and get an account, but I couldn't pay money in! The Easy Transfer facility didn't recognise my bank (virgin) and the pay by debit card wouldn't allow me to paste my card number in. But by typing my card in it worked, perhaps I should have thought if that first! Customer services wanted me to send them a screenshot, but the app wouldn't do that either and errored. Not a horrendous experience, but not as smooth as I expected with room for improvement of the app. This is my first venture into investing and I'm looking forward to a productive relationship with Dodl and AJBell.

Not for us.

Fast delivery, well packaged, but the cats dont like the food. Trying to increase meat intake i thought id try LK. But just like the normal felix/whiskas the cats lick the gravy and leave the unappitising blobs of whatever it is. I dont think its value for money, just ordinary processed food in an expensive tin. Not for us.

Problem quickly resolved but only when chased up.

My purchase was a smooth experience and I thought all was well. I had a receipt for my payment and was waiting for delivery. A week went by so I logged in to check my order to find 'error with payment'. A call to customer service found the payment had been made successfully and the system was wrong. So the failure was that even though the system showed an error no notification was sent to highlight the problem. A week lost but in fairness the situation was resolved quickly.
