I have had Amelia at Dialaflight arrange quite a few of my long haul holidays and all of them have worked out brilliantly. Using Dialaflight makes the whole process of booking flights so much easier and to know I can call on them anytime while I am away if there are flight problems is very reassuring.

I broke my big pan drawer, the drawer was at a weird angle and looked terrible. I rang Howdens in Hook and they said to email photos, which I did and they found the part I needed to repair it. I took the drawer into Howdens as I thought I was never going to be able to fix it on my own! Josh on reception in Hook was lovely and helped me find the right part, and John (from round the back) fitted the part for me. The drawer in now in my kitchen and looks as good as new. Thank you so much guys for helping me and it was free of charge. You can’t say better than that 😃😃

I urgently needed 2 new front tyers and Protyre manged to fit me in and do the job. Friendly staff.

I ordered a Ben Sayers electric golf trolley and it came 2 days later, earlier than expected. All the parts were there and I put it together fairly easily, and I have used it once and it was great. The only problem is the size of the trolley when folded. It only folds in half once so is very large compared to my push trolley when storing it in my car.

Amanda at Basingstoke Superdrug couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to help me decide if I should take the Yellow Fever vaccination especially as it is slightly more dangerous to take as I am over 60.

The Gas service engineer, seemed very thorough and picked up a few problems I didn't realise I had, which was brilliant.

I have chosen Policy Expert for my house insurance because of the good reviews, and it was really easy to understand and get the insurance.

I cannot rate them for anything else as yet.

Amelia at Dialaflight arranged a brilliant holiday for me and my daughter to Thailand. We said the places we wanted to go and Amelia came up with all the hotels, flights and transfers for us. We have just got back and all the travel plans worked smoothly and the hotels were just what we wanted - thank you so much.

Had a really good experience in Specsavers when I went to collect my varifocal sunglasses and have them fitted. The staff were excellent.

Travelzoo have some really good city break ideas at amazing value. The vouchers are easy to use and I have never had any trouble with hotels when paying with them.

I have not seen the photobook, but I sent it as a present to my Aunt and she absolutely loved it.

Although I have not tried the joggers on as they are not for me, the service from Nike has been faultless and even more impressive is the brown paper packaging instead of plastic - hurray.

I had little trouble in compeleting the forms and the few things that I was unsure about, Blue Sky emailed me to confirm my choices and explained if I didn't understand. Very quick painless process. Thank you.

Each time I have used Serenata they have kept me up-to-date with the delivery of the flowers and the flowers have been lovely. Thank you.

Easy website to use. Large range of products. You kept me fully informed of when the items would be delivered and gave me a choice of days or leave with a neighbour option right up until day of delivery. They were very well packaged and did not get damaged. Fitting instructions could be more detailed as my husband will install them - although have not done that yet. I cannot comment on the final working lights so I have only given 4 stars. Here's hoping they are okay.
