Waste of time with no "unsubscribe" button. That's a violation of CANSPAM, as Trustpilot has no relationship with me and is sending me unwanted e-mails.

I certainly have no "recent purchase" from this company. If my memory serves me, I think I purchased two pieces from them perhaps ten years ago. That puts this request in the category of SPAM and speaks very poorly of the company's ability to deal correctly with its customers.

First, the ability to drill down into 1,000 items in a category to find the one you want needs a lot of work -- there is a reason that McMaster.com is the third most liked commercial site -- no one else comes close to managing a huge catalog (400,000+ SKUs) so well. B&H would do well to learn from them.

Second, it repeatedly tried to get me to log in again when I was already logged in -- after wasting ten minutes, I logged out and started over. This is just plain nuisance. McMaster keeps track of me with cookies -- I just construct an order and push "place order" -- everything else is taken from my record -- payment method, ship to address, shipping method. Amazon comes close. B&H falls down.

With all that said, B&H is my go-to place for electronics, particularly when I don;t know a lot about the particular area I'm buying. And, the item I bought today was less than half the Best Buy price.
