Jewellery received day after posting. Got a phone call with an offer and money was in my bank 10 mins after I got off the phone.

Delivery due today (am), driver arrived, I signed for goods whilst he went to van to get packages and he came back saying the packages weren't loaded. He said he was going back to Manchester to get them, which is 30 main drive from me. Still nothing delivered. Spoke with an agent at 1:15 who said he's just left and will be with you shortly. 3:30 - still no sign, called agent again who didn't realise I had already talked to her and she said driver hadn't been back yet so to call back if not delivered by 6pm. I advised of previous conversation to which I was put on hold and she " called the driver". She came back on the phone and said she couldn't get through so lefdt a message for the driver to call me. 17:10 - still nothing. Called the depot again, different person answered. I advised her of what's been going on and she said the delivery was still in the depot!!!! Why I was LIED to is beyond me but wasted my day. Now trying agai to get through to depot as the lady who took my last call said she would call me back in 30 mins but hasn't. NO ANSWER! Rubbish service and no customer service!
