Kane arrived dead on time and proceeded to diagnose our problem and introduced an immediate workaround, as well as provided a recommendation on how to proceed towards a more advantageous long term solution.

I provided a vinyl LP and requested 2 CD copies, as well as an MP3 file to download.

Unfortunately yet gain the sizing of the garments was inappropriate. I am so fed up with returning unsuitable items, I have donated both pairs of shorts to a charity shop.
I will limit my purchases in futire to shirts only, where the sizing seems to be ok.

An order was placed on line and only after payment was taken were we notified of the inability to deliver or advise when delivery can be accomplished.

Telephoning is a waste of time as callers are given a range of runaround messages with no opportunity to speak to anyone who might be able to assist.

The web site provides options but they lead nowhere and messages left receive an auto-response which again does not provide a solution.

Clearly Bensons for Beds are a Mickey Mouse outfit with management that fall short of useless. Customer satisfaction is clearly well down their list of priorities if they understand the concept at all.

Beware of doing business with this company!!!!
