Further response to the SEE response below.
Ok, just to reiterate, customers services have been in touch, and they seem to suggest the matter is now closed. It took a lot of chasing and many weeks to get them to respond. They stated "event timings we had both doors and show timings listed as 7.30" this is actually incorrect, they didn't mention show times, but if it was the case they had show starting at the same time as doors opening, which gives paying customers no time to enter the building before the doors are closed (when the show starts) SEE Tickets seem to struglle to understand this. There statement -
"Whilst it is very disappointing to hear you arrived shortly after 7.30, ergo missing a portion of the event for this reason, as the timings were listed correctly, we can only offer our sympathies"
Sums up their complete lack of basic inteligence.
