I ordered smoke and heat detectors and a fire blanket. The two items appeared to come from different sites and I therefore paid two lots of postage. In fact they come from the same company, so I should have just paid one postage. Why are the two fire protection related site different and why don’t they link orders to save us money?

Quality of product and packaging was 1st class. Delivery was on time. 10/10

Still waiting for my delivery. No communication from the Fire Detection Shop about my order! Called to hear the products I purchased had been recalled due to an upgrade and that they couldn’t give me a delivery date. Poor customer service and very disappointed. Hopefully they will arrive soon :(

Ordered some alarms, but they never got dispatched. I had to call 2 times for them to tell me the alarms are not in stock and need to wait more than a month for them to receive and dispatch. Making excuses with the producer, but at the same time the same products are available everywhere else online. Called after a month of waiting and cancelled my order as there was no ideawhat the delivery time will be anymore. Now waiting for a refund for 2 weeks already and had to open a chargeback dispute cause I don't think I will see money back. Do not buy from this Mickey Mouse company.

Never received order

Placed an order and paid in full. Received an email saying it will be dispatched shortly. 4 days later I enquire where my order is and I’m told the alarms won’t be available for another 12 days. Oh but it’s ok cause a refund will be processed, which can take up to 12 days. Great when the work is booked in for tomorrow 👌

Products all seem fine, however two weeks to deliver and no communication, was less than impressive

No communication on an unfulfilled order. If equipment I was ordering was advertised as in stock it should have been delivered first ,sales person said it should be with you the same.evening i phoned in,second person today said its not released by the warehouse no communicate, update absolute shambles of a company.

Placed an order, delivered in the allocated time, but with 2 items missing. Missing items dispatched immediately with no hassle. This is now our companies go to website.

No communication on an unfulfilled order. If equipment I was ordering was t in stock I would have ordered from elsewhere. Ignore emails and fail to communicate, absolute shambles of a company.

I bought 2 vape alarms over £300 they arrived but not as described it was hard work to get return information and when I did follow their instructions I waited for 3 weeks then checked my postal tracking they confirmed they had received them and would provide a full refund. Nothing they promised a 7 day wait nothing. I have to describe them as thieves. There is enough dishonest companies out there and here is another one for the list. If they steal money what are their products like? I wouldn’t trust my safety with their products.

I ordered smoke detectors on a Saturday. They did not arrive until Thursday afternoon. I would not mind but I paid £8.50 for courier delivery. Seems like The Fire Detection Shop is using Snailmail as their couriers. Too slooooow delivery time!

I spent £200 on an alarm that is supposed to detect THC/cannabis smoke Although the smoke is so bad in the room at this very moment, being Saturday night and therefore drug addicts are in the middle of a session, the alarm is silent. What a complete waste of money. What a joke of a product. The instruction leaflet was also translated from Chinese and makes no literal sense. I might have shrugged my shoulders if the product was £20, but £200! I'm so angry about this

So I have used this company on several jobs and the last few orders and jobs have gone down hill . Regardless of that I placed my order Monday to be assured all on stock pay now , your delivery will be with you Tuesday / Wednesday . Iv had no emails or confirmation , it’s now Thursday so iv decided to call the shop to be told it hasn’t been sent because they don’t have the items in stock , they don’t no when they will have them in stock , but now they can send the fire panel by tommorow but not the other items .

Job hand over is tommrow to which I cannot complete through there incompetence and lack of communication. I will not be using them again

Hi, ordered a chrome fire extinguisher stand and was sent a red one, having to spray it satin black now as it is in a shop doorway and no time to return. Having said that the item arrived quickly.

PLACED A ORDER YESTERDAY AT 13;58 AND I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE THIS MORNING BY 9;15AM

I recently purchased a fire alarm system from this company and honestly if I could give 10 stars I would! The customer service is probably some of the best I’ve ever had in the UK and from the moment I called to ask for advice on what I needed to the actual installation, these guys were unrivalled - particularly Paul Marper who not only walked me through the installation with incredible patience and skill but also went out of his way to help make sure everything worked - and this was all by telephone!!! This company actually is the only company I would ever use from now on when it comes to fire alarms or equipment. Please give Paul a raise!!! Thanks
