DO NOT USE
I had the unfortunate experience of booking a hotel through booking.com but my husband got ill ended up in hospital and we had to cancel at the Blunsdon House Hotel in Swindon who point blank refused a refund so called booking.com who I thought would get me a refund but got told sorry we asked the hotel and they said no I messaged booking.com again and guess what ignoring my messages avoid at all cost no help at all will never use again very poor customer service

Worst company ever
Went to malta on 21st May 2022 on the morning of our holiday I looked online to see if the flight was on time could not see it so called easyjet who said it went this morning at 6.25am I said its supposed to go at 10.50pm and got told oh we changed the time I had no email from on the beach they are disgusting you cannot call them or email so we had to buy another flight and we went from Gatwick to Budapest slept on the floor for 7 hours then onto Malta as we needed to be at a wedding for Monday and easyjet offered us Wednesday useless they said they would refund our flights but they sent the money to on the beach who have not refunded so I emailed the CEO of on the beach on on 4th June who has not replied I will never use on the beach again and would urge anyone to think carefully before booking with them as now have been told they are no longer with ABTA so they can avoid giving refunds awful company avoid at all costs

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and bringing this to our attention, it sounds like a nightmare and I'm so sorry that you had to go through this - this is definitely not what you should experience when you book your holiday through us and I can't apologise enough.

I hope the wedding day was much less stressful than your journey there and I hope that you did get to enjoy your time in Malta.
