My 13-year old son and his friends had a great time.

My 13-year old son and his friends had a great time. There is quite a bit of kit to set up, but it was all done very quickly and worked really well (despite a power cut in the area, which Andy dealt with well). His knowledge and experience meant the kids could just play and enjoy themselves, and not worry about all the usual technical messing that often goes on with these things.
A good range of games as well, from the fast paced shooters to the more cerebral logic games. I think many would appeal to adult groups as well.
All in all though, they had a great time and I would certainly recommend it.
I just don't know how Andy puts up with all the screaming; a roomful of 13 year old can get quite loud! ;o)

Good range and easy to work with

Good range and easy to work with. I just wish they offered a SVG download option as well as the EPS, but that's just because my software need an SVG so I have to convert them all.

Quick and efficient service

Quick and efficient service, I just wish there was a better way of adding children to my account, instead of having to have separate accounts for each of them in their names, with different eMail addresses, but with my payment details.

Tech limitations but great support

Had some strange behaviour due to an unexplainable technical limitation (you can't have two dual channel heating controllers on the save system) but as always their tech support was very good and they immediately agreed to ship a replacement part with no hassle at all.

Terrible WIO3O33DELUK dishwasher

I recently purchased a WIO3O33DELUK dishwasher. Put simply, I am very unsatisfied with the dishwasher so wrote to Whirlpool but they basically said 'live with it'! The main areas of complaint are:
• It does a terrible job of drying; much worse than my old unit as there is always a lot of water droplets just sitting on items and all over the top shelf when it has finished. As it’s “PowerDry system” was one of its selling points, I feel somewhat conned.
• The cutlery shelf is, in my opinion, very fiddly to stack and my old dishwasher with the normal basket did a better job of cleaning the cutlery. I have had to use cable ties to improve the design, but it is still flawed!
• If you fill the bottom shelf to capacity, so that it is quite heavy, the wheels keep falling off the runners as you close it, jamming the drawer.
• Although it has a “tablet mode” specifically for using combined tablets (that contain salt) the manual makes it clear that you MUST also add salt. This completely negates the point of a tablet mode and multi-function tablets.
• I have a softened water supply, partly to increase the life of the device and yet again, the manual says I MUST also add salt, which seems an unnecessary cost and hassle to me?
• You have to re-select the program, even though I always use the same program, each time you turn it on. This is very fiddly and not something I would expect; why can’t it just stay on the last selected program?
• There is a 10 second delay between turning it on and being able to select the program (again! see point above). I know it is only a few seconds, and this is quite a minor thing, but it really adds to the frustration as you have to pause and wait every time you turn it on.
• My standard Ikea dinner plates don’t fit in the bottom shelf unless you raise the shelf above to the higher level, meaning I can never lower it. With it in its higher level, not even a normal half-pint tumbler will fit in the upper shelf, let alone a pint or wine glass.
• The cutely rack is sold as being collapsible to only take a third of the upper area, so that the shelf below can take advantage of the full height. But the cutlery rack frame which the rack is mounted to does not collapse! This means that once you put glasses in to the middle rack, you can’t then close it because the frame of the cutlery rack shelf is then in the way.
Bearing in mind the dishwasher I was replacing was more than ten years old, the claims made by yourselves for this new model and the reviews I read, I was looking forward to a leap forward in functionality. However, in every meaningful way, my old unit was better than this one and I would switch back in a heartbeat if I could. Some of the points above are opinion, some are minor, some are simply poor design. I cannot accept that either your engineers or the companies that reviewed this model could not see these issues, which makes me question the way this unit was marketed and sold to me?

EDIT: Just to add that I contacted them through their chat system as Janine requested. They wasted about 45 minutes more of my time, asking for everything from the serial number to my full address, phone numbers etc. to conclude by thanking me for my time and saying they had forwarded my comments on!!! They have done absolutely nothing to help and seem ignorant to the fact I had already given them my feedback twice before. Don't be fooled by them replying to comments on review sites like this, they still don't give a damn.
