I bought a service plan through my car dealership to stop price rises. I sold my car before the service was due so cancelled the service plan. Dealership cancelled on my behalf. 3 days later a cheque was sent as a refund. Cheque never arrived due to Royal Mail error, called customer service and received a bank transfer that day. Excellent service

Great service from the Peterborough store. Given time to look in our own without hard sell techniques. After a while we were approached by David who explained the makeup of the mattress, demonstrated the ottoman element and showed us the different colours available and style of headboard. No hard sell just relevant information. David explained finance deals and current promotions to give us the best deal. Delivery date to suit us. An all round fantastic service.

Good selection of products, all in matching colours. Good discount at present. Not used as yet but appear they are great products which makes cooking a different experience and an easier one.

Did lots of research to establish which brand I wanted and Samsung came out on top. Viewed the TV I wanted at a local store to view the picture quality in a normal broadcast rather than a sales 8k picture that nobody broadcasts in. Listen to the sound, with and without the sound bar and loved the tv. Ordered online and delivered in a couple of days. Great price and good delivery.

I had some items delivered which were delivered on the wrong date by the supplier. I contacted customer services, dealt with by Judi, who has arranged for the items to be collected by the supplier. No fuss or issue, complete understanding by FV and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Judi. Also advised to re contact if collection not made and they would deal.

My wife and I made a return visit to the Peterborough store with the intention of making an order. My wife had visited previously and spoke with STEPHEN ALLGAR. She explained what she wanted explaining that we were moving home and so didn’t have a date for delivery. Stephen wasn’t pushy and explained various options available to her due to circumstances. He offered her a drink and gave her the swatches for the sofa we wanted. Very friendly and no pressure. On our return we wanted to deal with Stephen due to is friendly and professional manner. He recognised my wife. A conversation began and he recalled what she wanted. Stephen brought us the swatches again and advised we sat in the window in natural light to confirm our choices. Once confirmed we went to a cooler part of the store to order our sofas. Stephen was very friendly and chatty and fully explained all aspects of the order, delivery dates, finance etc to us. Very happy with the friendly and professional service. The store itself was clean with a good cay of sofas. Unfortunately the 2 sofas we ordered are no longer on display which was a shame as apparently they are good sellers. We had seen and chosen the sofas, Daytona and Thornbury in another store.
