Couldn’t fault the service given by the the operator

We are very pleased with the blinds, the service from yourselves, the salesman/fitter who was quick and efficient. Would have given five stars if the rails and the old blinds the new ones replaced had been taken away and not left for us to dispose of. Perhaps something you should consider as for elderly customers like ourselves the disposing of these items is not easy.

Everything worked well, the company we used through TrustaTrade were excellent and it gave us confidence at the outset that they were part of your group.

Afternoon tea hamper was delivered to friends for Birthday gift. Arrived on time and friends said it was excellent, very fresh and delicious. Thank you

Have used Wayfair several times over the past few years and have found them efficient, website easy to use, products of good quality and delivery on time plus always a good choice of products.

Service was excellent, delivery fast, prices good, packaging good and quality of products also very good.

Realise that the pandemic has caused everyone problems but the service received has not been up to Dukeshill usual standard, nothing at all wrong with the quality of the product or the excellent packaging. Communications were not good, I received no order acknowledgment and it was difficult to make contact to see if the order had actually been received. The delivery was late, a revised date given but it was still a day later than Advised.
However am looking forward to enjoying the goods ordered which do look appetising

Excellent service from the company. Ken Walden was our salesperson and fitter and he did a brilliant job, would recommend him highly. We are pleased with the product and hope to use Hilarys again in the not too distant future.

Excellent quick service and well packaged goods. We have only put one blind up at the moment as having work done at the house. The two roller blinds not yet up look fine and the Venetian blind fits perfectly and work well. We are very pleased.

Samples arrived the very next day. They were excellent samples and gave a good indication of colour and quality. We have ordered a Venetian blind choosing one of the sample colours sent to us.

Bidet arrived quickly. No problem with delivery or packaging all efficient.
Bidet not yet installed as new en-suite being installed in house. Bidet looks absolutely fine so feel sure will be pleased with the item.

Delighted with service and the delivery driver and partner were brilliant. Rang to say when they were just five minutes away and were courteous and helpful.
Also very pleased with the washing machine.

Had never used Bark before but was looking for someone to help with our garden and went into their web site. I filled in details of my requirements on their easy to follow questionnaire and within minutes had a response by e.mail and a telephone call and have found a very helpful young man who started work for us within a few days.

My order was delivered on the day chosen and was expertly packaged. I ordered several different items and have found them all to be as expected. The sausages were tasty and not at all fatty, the mini hams have carved easily and again have a pleasant flavour. The cranberry topped pork pie looked very pretty and was the nicest pork pie I have had with excellent pastry. I also ordered a small jar of red onion marmalade and wish I had ordered the larger jar as it is delicious.

Very easy to use web site, goods arrived well packed and quickly by parcel force. Only criticism was on advice note/returns which was a photocopy which had not come out very clearly. Had to return goods which all worked well. Only given 4 stars because of the photocopy.
