Purchased the face mask/ visor and really glad I did. Comfortable to wear and it doesn’t get steamed up. I feel quite protected wearing it.

Correspondence ahead of time to remind me my regular delivery on its way shortly gives me time to change flavours if I choose to.

This is the second item I have brought from Black Country Metal Works and I am again impressed by the quality of the item. This time I purchased a fire guard to protect my dog from getting burnt . I can only comment on how easy it was to sign up as that’s all I’ve done so far. And sign up was simple and straightforward. Very clear to understand what I was signing up to. A link to a portal was sent so I could see and have access to all my documents straight away.

Sadly had to have put my cat to sleep after a sudden and short illness. The claims process was very simple and straightforward. I was able to view the status of my claim online and the claim was settled and paid in less than 3 weeks. One less thing to worry about at a very distressing time. Thank you Waggle

Easy to book on line. A good price. Dropped off at store where they simply scanned the barcode I had been sent and attached label to my parcel. It was delivered 3 days later as expected.
