Generally a poor experience compared to amazon.co.uk. Constantly late deliveries, will say arriving today by 8pm even though you can see from the tracking it isn't out for delivery. Then they just tell you to wait, that it will come within a week. Then they tell you it got damaged and a refund will take 14 days. Then after a month you have to ask where the refund is because it hasn't been processed. If you didn't follow up they would just keep your money. Had delivery driver deliver to the wrong house before and had to walk up and down the streets looking for it. Never had these types of issues on amazon.co.uk

Preordered 2 iPhone 17 Pro Max phones on the 12th September. Got an email on the Monday saying "We expect dispatch on most pre-ordered selections to commence on 19th September". No email since so contacted them and then got an email yesterday which said "We expect your order to be dispatched within the next 3-4 weeks."

Meanwhile the phone has been in stock since launch day and still is today in their stores in Dublin. Free Click and Collect in One Hour. So essentially they are sending their stock to stores where people who have not preordered can walk in off the street and get a phone whereas those who preordered are being made to wait 3-4 weeks to get theirs.

This is a scam to get your order and your money while still making sure they have stock in stores so the people that did not preorder don't go elsewhere to get a phone.

Great service. 24 hour turnaround. Drivers collected and delivered on time. Have booked my next pickup.

Good experience. Installer was excellent. My only issue is they charged €260 for 3 additional contact shock sensors. These are very cheap for the supplier so you are paying over €220+ to install them.

The website said free standard delivery. It was not free. I had a discount code for 10% off first order which wouldn’t work. I bought it anyways because it was on sale and I wanted it. Probably would not buy from their website again though based on that. The bag is lovey though.

From order placement to delivery was around 23 hours. Excellent service.

Fever are a disgrace. I asked for a refund to an event they were hosting because they postponed it. I told them I needed a refund to a different account as I had moved banks. But no - they can only issue a refund to the original card. So now I have had to contact my previous bank, they have to send the money back to fever and then I have to try to get fever to refund it to my new account. What an absolute waste of my time, my banks time and fevers own employees time. Would NEVER use them again.

All good in terms of ordering online. The only issue which I had was that I got no order confirmation email and had to ring in to find out if my order went through. Customer service were helpful and I got the order the next day. I think they were having issues with their system because I got the order confirmation about 2 weeks after the delivery!

They even threw in an extra shaker cup and a few free shake samples. Nice surprise.
