Don't Become a Cropper !

Like so many before me I too was scammed , my order for 2 pairs was somehow twisted into my buying and paying for 10 pairs resulting in £86 being extracted from my bank account . Be very careful in your dealings with this outfit - even then you will probably 'come a cropper!'

Problem on moving home

On moving home I experienced problems with getting my Octopus gas supply continued from my previous address - electricity was OK but no gas.
My email requests for assistance brought about no response , however on speaking to Phoebe over the telephone the problem was quickly resolved .

No tracking information

I received an email communication to the effect that I would receive “tracking information “ from their courier by way of an email . No such information has been forthcoming so I have no way of knowing as to whether or not the flowers were delivered other than by asking the intended recipient -which I am loath to do !
I have since heard from the intended recipient that the flowers arrived and that she was 'delighted' - but this misses the point that I was not provided with the promised 'tracking information'

Complete & utter waste of Money - a shambles !

The Letter Box flowers arrived to day ( as ordered ) they were completely useless and a great disappointment to the recipient ( an elderly friend ) a complete and utter waste of money - made even worse by your email communication of yesterday that it was 'still time to order for Christmas' - perhaps that referred to Christmas next year !

I would now like to update my comments so as to reflect the satisfactory outcome to the complaint I registered with FlowerBe
Their response did much to rekindle my faith in this company.
