I found the booking procedure to be first class.

Like so many before me I too was scammed , my order for 2 pairs was somehow twisted into my buying and paying for 10 pairs resulting in £86 being extracted from my bank account . Be very careful in your dealings with this outfit - even then you will probably 'come a cropper!'

Excellent service - but perhaps a bit on the dear side.

First Class service backed by a really large range which sometimes makes it difficult to choose !

On moving home I experienced problems with getting my Octopus gas supply continued from my previous address - electricity was OK but no gas.
My email requests for assistance brought about no response , however on speaking to Phoebe over the telephone the problem was quickly resolved .

Tried to contact via email via ReferenceLine and Ryans own website ( indicated a 24 hour response) to obtain quote for my forthcoming move- have heard 'nothing' .
Hardly inspirational - I'll try elsewhere !

The whole process went very smoothly and proved first class.

I received an email communication to the effect that I would receive “tracking information “ from their courier by way of an email . No such information has been forthcoming so I have no way of knowing as to whether or not the flowers were delivered other than by asking the intended recipient -which I am loath to do !
I have since heard from the intended recipient that the flowers arrived and that she was 'delighted' - but this misses the point that I was not provided with the promised 'tracking information'

A first class experience provided by both the optometrist and the dispensing staff. I was given a very thorough examination and found all concerned to be very helpful & professional .

I thought the choice of gifts was limited - not everybody likes chocolates & sweets - how about some more savory items - ie cheeses-pate-etc - there are plenty of such gifts on Amazon so why not Moonpig ?

Purchases arrived in good time and have proved to be very satisfactory overall very pleased.

Apart from a slight delay owing to staff illness I found the eye test procedure to be very thorough.

The Letter Box flowers arrived to day ( as ordered ) they were completely useless and a great disappointment to the recipient ( an elderly friend ) a complete and utter waste of money - made even worse by your email communication of yesterday that it was 'still time to order for Christmas' - perhaps that referred to Christmas next year !

I would now like to update my comments so as to reflect the satisfactory outcome to the complaint I registered with FlowerBe
Their response did much to rekindle my faith in this company.

All round very good apart from fact that the 'easy-to-follow guide' conveniently overlooks the need for measurement of PD -which is not so 'easy' to complete for those relatively inexperienced in IT procedures.

First Class through out , even though I had to cancel my subscription

All round excellent service from ordering to delivery

Prompt & efficient service at the right price.
