What started out as a billing question turned into education for this older consumer. Spoke with a gentleman named Glenn R. He took the time to educate me on what I'm paying for, services offered and how to find that information online, given I rarely fax. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Kudos to Metrofax for having this fine employee!
