Trying to return a jumper, supposedly size XL, in reality about a S. Paid for returns label via Evri, this seems to be wrong label, its not a QR code. Emailed BV 3 times, messaged on Messenger and put a comment on a FB post. No reply from the company regarding my query. Very frustrating and will never purchase from here again!

Bought a nice diamanté jumper from here for Christmas. Washed on delicates in my washing machine and hung on hanger to dry, still looks good (and no loss of diamanté!) Nice quality. Would shop here again.

Had some nice clothes from here, can be pricey, tops sometimes on the small size, and check the seams as I've had a couple of jumpers not stitched properly.

Really not sure if these have made any difference, I've been taking them for months now, and theyre very expensive. Hair, nails, lack of sleep all still the same. Fortunately I've always got them on a discount code, now I cant seem to use a discount code, so maybe now is the time to stop!

Received the bag, the lock not working so you cant fasten the bag. Also smells of fish. Cheap bag for more than £25, definitely not worth more than a fiver. Two differently addressed returns labels, very confusing, so had to phone to enquire which was the correct address to return to. Lady was very helpful, but Ive phoned India on an 0800 number, so hope that call hasn't cost me a fortune!

I've experienced some bad service recently, my expensive perfume purchased as a Christmas present went missing, very upsetting, annoying and a total inconvenience. You cant get through to speak to a real person, and the emails just fob you off. Definitely not my choice of parcel delivery. My regular person left last year, so now its hit and miss as to who brings it and where they leave it!

Love this site, especially at Sale time! You have to be quick for a bargain, though!

The site has got better for choice of cards, but it does infuriate me when I think ive "lost" the card im making....I usually find it again!! But, one simple click and you can be back to the start. The quick delivery special service also has been hit and miss recently.. I know thats mostly to RM postal service, but also the cards seem to take a little longer in making. Plus in the past I've received the wrong persons card, and recently my friend received 2 cards the same from me, even though I'd only sent it once!

I do like this company, they have brilliant ideas and ive bought a lot of different items. The pop up storage boxes have been great! The pop up lanterns too. Initally, the little, portable sensor lights were great, purchased for outside, but then after a while they got water in them and hardly ever work, even when ive given them an indoor dry out! And the heated scarf....well its a great idea, however you cant get it damp or wet, it infuriatingly flashes to remind you to disconnect from the battery (so you have to disconnect immediately youve taken it off!) and it needs charging, every 3 hours. I will continue buying from here, but I think you need to give something a while before you can give it a good review, because initially all things are great

Sizes aren't very reliable, had to return 2 jumpers. And a pair of pj's...top was a 12 and bottoms 16. Still not had a refund

Nice clothes, usually quite generous in size. Just check stitching on seams and leg length, sometimes not up to standard. The delivery is good and returns straight fairly forward

Nice jacket and a bargain in the sale, quite small fitting though. Had to return as it arrived too late for the event I wanted to wear it at (and I wasn't kept up to date with shipment). They've acknowledged receipt of the return, but still not had a refund.

Bought some ankle boots, no protection just loose in the bag (not boxed) small fitting so had to go back. They could do with putting shoes/boots in a box for safer transit through the post!

Unpredictable sizings!! Bought 2 jumpers, sizes 12-14 and 16-18, (I'm a 14-16) paid for delivery, both came, smaller one massive so sent both back, paid for returns. Ordered 8-10 on expensive next day delivery, when it arrived, although it says size 8-10 its exactly the same as the massive 12-14. So now I'll have to return this one, more expense, inconvenience and disappointment! Tried to leave a review on their website, but pop ups won't allow. Update...returned jumper, but though promised refund on returns payment, only got refund on jumper. Tried to phone and email, but no reply. Won't shop here again!
