Never heard of this company or to be honest known in social media too! So I thought I could be onto a scam here! I still explored more and click the confirmation button and wait in anticipation! Unfortunately for me I had a faulty part to my order of which after explaining the concern I was given a second replacement of which worked out well with the time I had left! Thanks for your concern on the matter of which was so important for me and the family!

Knowing that our landing needs some tlc we are more than happy of the choices we’ve made with Stairfurb for their quality of products, planning of which is outstanding. We also thank F&H installations (Matt and Issac) for their respective advices, time & workmanships with a tidy finish, & finally a big thank you goes out to Caitlin from Stairfurb for joining the dots together in giving us a good an overall experience!

Western Union is a waste of time applying resolving or helping out a customer’s concern on delicate issues & wouldn’t advice anyone to use them as last resort! I’m done with them, you get a painful automated machine that’s irritating then the staff whose customer services is beyond description, and I’ll now try other resources available! Sorry thumbs down on this useless establishment!

Went to the bullring branch and expected to be there for sometime, after it took sometime parking, walking and to find the place..eventually I found the place and waiting time, Customer service and advice was above and beyond my expectations..thanks guys and happy holidays here I come..LoL.

To be honest after many let downs and many disappointments you paint everyone else with the same brush with using your card online, i needed the product and so i applied and even though i got the usual reply for ordering, i still was in doubt of applying. i was glad about the delivery as they kept to their date and time estimate and i didn't have to wait too long with other commitments at hand. Thanks
