A month in advance still not seen

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers February 16th paid extra for delivery on Sunday 15th which was Mother’s Day. A whole month in advance I ordered and I’m yet to receive the flowers ordered!

Amazing service

Sceptical as I’d never heard of them before and they were a bargain! Less than 48 hours after placing an order I’d received my grave pots despite just paying standard delivery! Thank you so much

Fast postage can’t fault them 100%

Ordered on a Monday lunch break delivered by breakfast Wednesday! It wasn’t something I’d seen before so I was sceptical but I was given updates from Royal Mail along the way. Can’t fault the company the pig itself is so well made and made the perfect gift to go along side my daughters Disney on ice tickets for her birthday. Will be buying another soon for my friends son for Christmas. It’s lovely how they’re limited edition too.

Will be back

Came across this purely by chance searching for something else. Found the queen Elizabeth memory bear and purchased as a keepsake for my daughter. Ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Friday despite being between Xmas and new year. Thank you so much for such fast delivery and will defiantly be using again💞

Can’t fault Karen

Ordered first time waited 10 days for delivery which it stated the date on the necklace I wanted was wrong. Via Facebook message I sent them the photos and with days I had a new one on the way which literally arrived a few days later again the wrong dates printed again by this time I just didn’t want to carry on with the purchase. Used Facebook messenger again and I can’t fault Karen from day 1 she kept me upto date with how things were progressing

Wouldn’t rate them

Had a few boxes the first was missing all the meat so couldn’t make any of the box. I’d used a discount code for my first one so I was given credit. Little did I know I needed to use all my discounted boxes before I could claim my credit. I ordered another and everything was there and there was some lovely meals so I put box one down to a one off. On my third box there was missing ingredients etc I really won’t bother again I still have my credit to use but I’m not using them again so it’s a shame really that I’ve lost 2 boxes worth for missing ingredients :(

100% would use again

Can not fault thomas. Not knowing 100% what I wanted just that I needed a car ASAP he was patient and gave me time to look through the cars. From filling in the form to picking up my car was 48 hours. From filling in my application to being approved was 6 hours!

Ordered on Wednesday delivered by sat. Even last time I ordered and my delivery went missing I couldn’t fault them it was replaced and sent out to me again.

I ended up with the wrong order no apology given couldn’t tell me wether my photo has been posted to whoever’s photo I had then expected me to go out of my way to post it back to them

Think carefully!

Customer service is awful if you message a live video regarding your Order you get put to the back of the queue. Doesn’t seem fair. I commented on something a few weeks back saying I didn’t agree with the child being brought into stuff that had happened and that I thought what was said was disgusting and I was blocked which is quite sad because I would’ve liked a lucky egg last night! Always seems to be the same people so clearly they’re raffle wins regardless of what’s said

Great service slight confusion

I ordered yesterday afternoon accepted within 3 hours and was shipped out last night. Got home from work just picked up the phone from my local post office but I'm slightly confused on the free gift?? I read somewhere that my gift would automatically be shipped to me but now your wanting me to send back vouchers to you with forms of id? What exactly do I need to do??
