I am writing again as Fur throws think I have the wrong company.
My daughter paid £135.00 for the largest throw on the 10th of December, with the assurance it would arrive in time for Christmas. It never appeared,
Several e-mails sent. No replies for a while. Eventually they looked into it and said another one has been sent. To date it has not arrived!
My daughter sent an e-mail last week to say that if it did not arrive by Tuesday 25th, Jan she would like her money back.
No throw has appeared and no money returned to date.
Hence my asking if this company is real or a scam?
One throw may have gone missing, but two??? And with no communication, really it does seem dubious. So give the money back please fur company, pay up and apologise. Maybe even send a throw for free as an apology, now that would get a 5 star rating!

Ordered o December 10th. 2021. Promised delivery before Christmas. Still waiting.
Only contact through e mail.. frustrating. They promised to send another. Still waiting.
