This company could improve by not giving customers brand new vehicles with DEAD batteries and having the attitude that once it is off the premises it is Fiats problem. As with Mr Anderson below, I collected my brand new Fiat Ducato Elddis Autoquest, drove it 339 miles home and next day it would not start. Called Swinney and was told to contact Fiat and was also told to buy a battery charger. To make this short I contacted Fiat Camper Assist 9 times in the next 6 weeks and jump started the van 35 times in that period as I could not wait the 3 to 4 hours it took Fiat Assist to arrive just to jump start it and tell me to take it a 50 mile drive. They all told me battery was DEAD and should not have been issued that way. I finally got it in to a Fiat service centre on my own as Fiat assist could not come that day. I was told a new battery was fitted and a software update carried out. Again I have driven 120 miles on Friday and parked up at 16.30hrs gone out to drive to a function in Inverness and again the van wont start. Two days Sat and Sun and battery is flat. I can't even get my keys out of the ignition and now waiting 4 hours for Fiat Assist to come out. Spinney the sales part was great but reading between the lines was it great so you could get rid of the vehicle with the DEAD battery because thats how it reads to me.The quality control by Spinney was not good either as the 12v system was not working I paid an Auto Electrician to check and it was not even plugged in at the leisure battery. I worked 20 years with Iveco and know how it works but in that time we never gave a customer a vehicle new or used with a DEAD battery. The van is now just 12 moths old and still having problems with it. Worst purchase I have ever made folks, the worst.

STV are NOT a Scottish TV company. I dont watch state broadcaster bbc but to come home and switch on for the STV News and find yet again that I am supposed to endure Spain v England womens football live. No chance. All 'Scottish' programs cancelled. I wrote to STV on a similar previous experience and received a simple replay stating they were consticted by the ITV network and have to show all England games in Scotland. What garbage this channel is.

Went to buy the Winepopper BUT all the ads and website states Free shipping across England ! So I assume they mean UK. But will they post Free to Scotland. Really poor they have not looked at the market set up here.

I went into one of their sites as a non-member 1 year ago. Was made very welcome and taken to a good pitch. About 3 month later I decided to join as I was going on a 3 month trip in out Motorhome. sites are great and easy to book. Insurance products fantastic especially Red Pennat for EU travel. Then there us discounts on so many things such as channel crossings. Just join dont think about it.
