Rang today to cancel my membership as caravan sold. 13 minutes on hold then abruptly told call was being transferred to another department. Number 8 in queue with roughly 7 minutes to answer each call. . Needless to say I hung up.

Very pleased with hamper received yesterday. Good quantity of products, well packed,chilled and delivered on time. Good correspondence with issue regarding ordering, even got a small voucher for future purchases. Husband has tried the gammon, sausage and bacon . All very good.

Friend very kindly sent me a cream tea hamper for delivery on 23rd December . Waited in during delivery times but did not arrive. It arrived 24th without being advised of time slots. Post office took it back as I was out. Eventually delivered 27th so ruined. Sender still waiting on response from Cornish Cream Teas. As am I.

Found website extremely difficult to navigate for my supposed FREE photobook.Had to restart order several times. Money paid for title on book spine was ridiculous as print is tiny and can't be seen. Arrived days after expected delivery date . Would not order again.

Have ordered numerous gifts from Ringtons but find new Web site very confusing. Very disappointed that it no longer accepts PayPal, and despite ordering a gift card in my friend's birthday gift it arrived without it . Was refunded but disappointed .
