A mess

I pay for the international add-on but they obviously don't want me to use it as it keeps cutting me off if I talk too long. I recommend one of the cheapo prepay services instead. BT/EE a huge mess ..

What s going on ?

Things are definitely changing - December bank statement never arrived. Things ending up in the wrong MC so they get delayed. Tracking info today that was absolute lies - delivery attempted, access issues - I was here all day and there was nothing to stop any delivery. They were really good until 2025, but something has changed.

I did supply the information requested in the reply to my last review. I have not heard anything yet, but am hoping that means they are working on trying to find a solution to the difficult situation they have put me in. Fingers crossed !

Very disappointed.

My employer pension was transferred to MoH as an annuity and since then I have not been able to get it paid to me in the United Kingdom, where I now live. The other company had no trouble at all - this is 2026 and any bank can do it. I have written them and e-mailed but I either get no reply or two words. Hard to imagine a company getting this big with such poor customer service.

Ridiculous payment date

Very irritating - took 9 days to get my bill then they tell me I have to pay within 4 days. What kind of business are they running ? I pay immediately I get the bill but a lot of customers would be stressed by the payment date which they already told me is not "actual" so why put it on there ?

Hi William. I'm sorry your bill took time to arrive. Unfortunately we can't control when it will arrive in the post but we create bills and send them 14 days before the due date to allow time for payment. If you're worried about future bills being delayed in the post you can switch your account to paperless billing so when a bill creates, a notification is sent to your email address and you can then log into your online account to view the bill. This process is significantly faster as bills are available to view online within 24 hours of being created.

terrible photo verification process.

They have been great in the past. I do my financial stuff on my laptop and this transfer was from my account in the USA to my account in the UK, all the same as my last two transfers. Never asked before but this need needed photo validation - nightmare - sent multiple pictures from my webcam but all rejected even though they were perfectly legible due a human, but presumably they machine read them. Cancelled the transaction - bank wire much less stressful.

Super !

I have used them for repairs, bought a couple of machines they restored and have bought parts from them too. They are extremely knowledgeable, totally professional and honest. Everything was done absolutely right, parts fitted my machines and all shipped super fast and arrived in good condition.

Got the e-mail with delivery date/time - not here again.
Do not waste your time contacting the e-mail in their presumably AI generated replies as no-one ever answers you. i will be finding someone new now.

Wasted my time.

Placed order for bark. Got confirmation and text with delivery day/time. Two hours before that time e-mail tells me order cancelled, no reason. Call customer service - excessive lead time - so why take the order and give me precise delivery information ? I could have it from others by now.

Another poor experience

After my last shipment being sent to the wrong place with not a word of warning, the latest one (expedited) showed delivery 22/5 but is now pending delivery date. I have spent thousands of £ with UPS on shipments from the US, but I need to reconsider who I use now as they seem to have lost the plot. They did tell me to contact their UK customer service which I did but no reaction there.

Not at all pleased.

To save aggravation for driver because of access due to roadworks I had this directed to petrol station few minutes walk away. Went - not there. Looked again at delivery confirmation and by chance could tell it was convenience store much further away, so had to drag down there in the roadworks. VERY disappointed.

Worried if shipment mislaid

I regularly have shipments from the US and all went well but I have a very small shipment which has been in the UK now for what will be a week tomorrow and I have no delivery date and have not had the kind of updates I normally receive or request for duty payment. Getting a bit worried...

Did not get what I bought.

Bought Organic Calabrian Olive Oil. When it arrived it was the same brand but a cheaper oil. They do not allow returns on this item, possibly because they know they are cheating their customers. I try to never buy from them as I do not trust them and apparently they are not to be trusted..

Beginning of my experience with them

Just got my first shipment from them after my great former supplier underwent a disappointing change. All appears good so far. everything arrived frozen or fresh as it should have. They have a nice selection of fresh, prepared, some imported specialities. Had my first - a trout fillet - tonight. It was excellent. Cannot wait to try all the others as I ordered a broad cross section as a test.

Bought a foot warmer Friday and paid £2.99 for evri next day. Got confirmation with delivery Monday to Wednesday. It arrived Tuesday - looked as though sent out Sunday. Item is fine but do not choose the paid for fast shipping as it appears to not be any different from the free.
