There's been so much intelligence embedded in this course! The video introduction to each chapter is interesting in its own right, usually related to French culture or history and then the grammar that spins out from it is really well explained. The practice exercises are pitched just right, with audio clips to illustrate and test understanding of oral French as well.
There's no getting away from the fact that French grammar has its complexities, but Hugo explains these better than anywhere else I have seen. His flow charts really nail it! Hey ho!
I've seen from the Sorbonne website that they recommend the Inner French podcasts. Well this course flows with the same qualities that make those podcasts sing: relaxed but well researched, instructive but entertaining and with plenty of downloadable resourses to retain and use. I've finished the course now, but its not going to stop there!

A year ago I was impressed by the clear pricing and low standing charges and I still am. Communication with customer services has been excellent and I have just signed up for another year with the "So Poppy" tariff.

Books were dispatched in a plastic envelope with zero protective packaging!! Three hardback children's books were sent together. Only the inner one was undamaged. Useless!!

I sourced various coats on the Didrickson website and found that Coolshop had one of them at a vary good discount. Communication was good and delivery was prompt. I like my coat and I am happy with Coolshop's service.

The replacement trampoline mat arrived promptly, & fits perfectly. The quality looks good. As always, time will tell. Ask me again in 18 months. At this point I'd definitely recommend the company.
