I attended a course at Bridgnorth on 9th March 2026. The instructors were both arrogant and condescending. The female instructor spoke to the candidates as though they were children not adults and the male instructor was very arrogant. The female instructor should be made aware that not everyone had to pass a hazard perception test to obtain their driving licence and the male instructor should be made aware of the speed limits for car derived vans of less than two tones ULW as he insisted that ALL vans had the same limits.
The Instructors seemed to work on the assumption that everyone had no idea of the speed limits and highway code rules, they would be more effective if they interacted in a more positive manner with the attendees and discovered more about their background and knowledge.

The bulb didn't work and the returns process was quite stressful

Waited one and a half hours to test drive car. Heavy on cars but short on staff.
Was told that car had sat nav but found no sat navigation card installed. When I questioned this was told that car was not advertised as having sat nav would not provide card. Sales person needs to know more about what is being sold. Second key not working was told that a new battery will be sent. Maybe a more thorough check of vehicle and keys should be made. Overall a most unsatisfactory experience which I will not repeat

I purchased a kitchen tap which developed a fault. When I contacted Big Bathroom Shop they replied quickly and sent a replacement part the next day. Excellent customer service and communication. I would highly recommend the company and thier products.

When ordered we were told an 11 week delivery. Building arrived after 8 weeks. Communication was excellent. On the delivery date they arrived at 7.30am (as agreed). The two guys worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and helpful. The Building was completed by 2.30pm and looked great. The whole process from ordering to completion was smooth and easy and I would highly recommend the company for the quality of the building and customer service and all at a reasonable price.
