Anniversary soon!

Might have recomended them to my worst enemy, however MY WORST AND ONLY ENEMY IS ANGLIAN WINDOWS!
I paid a premium for my Anglian windows thinking they were one of the best. They were installed in January and I am due to have my ninth visit to sort out the problems. Problems include - several with scratches on glass, dirt inside sealed units, wrong size replacement sealed units, rubber/composite seals coming out. My lounge window seals have been hanging out like washing lines since January, I have been told that the wrong seals had been fitted.
Two weeks ago I was informed that the materials had arrived to complete the job, however after hearing nothing further I had to telephone them and an appointment has been made for the fitter to call in 3 weeks time.
I sent an email to the manager dealing with my installation at Avonmouth depot asking him to ensure that all the replacement glass was the right size, in good condition and had the three different size seals to complete the job.The manager rang at my request and when asked said he had not received the email however despite being told to the contrary, the parts in fact had still not arrived at Avonmouth. HAD THEY NOT ARRIVED OR WAS IT THAT AFTER INSPECTION THERE WAS A PROBLEM? The email has not bounced back!
Karen Shank from customer care has added her name when replying to recent 5 star reviews but I notice no name against the reply to my review or any other one star review! Maybe Karen works for the satisfied customer department? Strange, since posting this a Courtney is replying to my bad review and others (not me)!

Told I would save three hundred pounds …

Told I would save three hundred pounds by swapping gas and electric. Signed up but when paperwork arrived found charge much higher on electric per unit and small increase on gas per unit compared with my present supplier. Canceled within 14 day cooling off period (hopefully, asked to confirm cancellation have not received reply).

Prepaid card was not accepted in several supermarkets and fuel stations in France

Very disappointed. The card was refused at many supermarkets and fuel stations in France. Will revert back to cash and card from well known high street bank.

Thank you for your review.

There is a service restriction on all prepaid cards at some self-service petrol pumps and motorway tollbooths, particularly in France. This is because the terminals used at tollbooths do not check the balance of a card before taking payment and could potentially take a prepaid card into a negative balance. So for this reason any such terminals are not able to accept prepaid cards.

This is something we advise on our website but we will now also add it to the card carrier to make it clearer for our customers.
